CAVA Mediterranean Restaurant in Fort Worth – Fresh, Healthy Bowls & Exceptional Service

Ordered in the app. Food was ready much earlier than predicted which is awesome, and it was still hot when I arrived. Bowl is a bit under filled compared to other locations but thats the only negative thing to say. Also I love that there’s a drive thru lane for online orders!

Cava has a really nice, relaxed vibe that makes it an easy place to enjoy a meal. The space feels bright and comfortable, and the food actually tastes as fresh as it looks. The staff is patient, helpful, and takes food allergies seriously (thanks, Hillary!). Everything is simple, clean, and well made, which makes it a solid go-to when you want something that feels both healthy and satisfying.

Had an excellent experience at the CAVA on McPherson.. Ashley provided outstanding customer service and made the visit even better. Great attitude, very helpful, and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I was not expecting to like Cava as much as I did. Someone compared it to a chipotle and I think this is not the best association. Cava has fresh healthy ingredients in a clean environment with employees that care about allergies and food restrictions. When someone ordering said they had a gluten allergy, the person preparing the food, changed their gloves and washed their hands before preparing the meal. So many other places don’t take that level of care. This was our first visit and it took some time to read about all the different types of options. They have when you’re putting together your bowl or pita it was a little bit difficult to hear what the employees were saying with the noise level, but the descriptions on the glass were helpful. I would recommend getting your dressing on the side because they allow you to add “dips” that can be a wet base in a salad it was nice having the option of dressing on the side to control the moisture. The employees were very nice. The trash bins were confusing they clearly looked like they were created for separate types of trash but they were not marked to tell you what to to where.

This CAVA location is absolutely amazing! Every visit is a great experience — the food is always fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. You can tell the team really cares about quality and consistency. I have to give a special shout-out to Sheila — she’s incredibly helpful, personable, and always goes above and beyond to make sure customers leave happy. Her positive attitude and attention to detail make such a difference and truly set this location apart. The restaurant is clean, welcoming, and runs smoothly even when it’s busy. It’s the perfect place for a quick, healthy, and delicious meal that never disappoints. I highly recommend this CAVA location — it’s one of the best!

I love CAVA, and i always order online, so i don’t usually go inside and order… well, i did it today, and it was kind disappointing, the staff is really antipathetic. But the food is always delicious!

It was really good. The Pita was amazing with lots of flavor. I’m not too big on that pineapple drink because it had a lot of lime in it. I’m just not a big line person, but it was still refreshing.
